Issue Rationale for bids to be awarded as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy

a.  HVAC Test and Balance County-Wide Bid #15-MA-309:  Bid established for the purchase of onsite test and balance setting volume, speed adjustment, recording data, making tests and preparing reports of environmental systems (air, hydronic, etc. distribution systems) county-wide.  Fifteen (15) bids solicited plus listed on our web site for download, one (1) bid received and five (5) no bids.  The single responsive bid was evaluated by the Purchasing Director and was determined that the sole bid is in-line with the current market.  The vendor awarded is the only bidder meeting specifications.  Contract Period:  November 22, 2014 through November 16, 2017.
